*Succesful implementation of Security Heras fencing and Turnstiles at the Labour Party Conference, Brighton.
*Run to the Beat Sony Ericsson London Half marathon full traffic management system installed to close 13 miles of road down in Greenwich. Four kilometres of barrier also installed and removed succesfully.
*Due to increased workload RTS take delivery of a new Mercedes 18t Traffic Management vehicle and 4 additional Mercedes Sprinters. The depot in Bromsgrove opens to service existing customers in the West Midlands
*London Triathlon Traffic Management and barrier installation goes well with praise being heaped on the company for delivering on time
*Road Traffic Solutions are awarded the contract to supply Traffic Management and pedestrian barrier for the Mayor of London Skyride event on 9th August 2009 in Hounslow, West London.
*Westminster Cyclic Closure program starts. Consisting of night time closures of roads such as Oxford Street, Regent Street, The Strand and Piccadilly.
*RTS are awarded and start a contract for type B works on the M25. Works anticipated to last 5 years.
*After Traffic Management Plans are revised and agreed, contract awarded to RTS for the 2009 Mazda London Triathlon.
*Work starts on Deansgate, Grimsby for Promanex.
*A633 Wombwell, Barnsley. Night Time Road Closures for Resurfacing Works successfully completed.

*Delivery taken of another 3 New Iveco Beaver Tail Plant trucks to support the increase in Temporary Traffic Light work undertaken with Utility Customers
*Delivery taken of 10 sets of 4 way battery lights to increase the size of the fleet in London.
*Awarded the contract to supply the Traffic Management to enable the erection and dismantle of the Christmas lights in Westminster for the 5th consecutive year.
*Awarded the contract to supply Traffic Management and Security fencing for the state opening of Parliament.
*Awarded the Contract to supply National Grid with Traffic Management Systems in Greater London and the East Midlands
*Awarded the contract to supply Traffic Management for the London Triathlon 2008.
* Awarded the Traffic / Pedestrian Management contract for the Conservative Party Conference in Birmingham by West Midlands Police.
* Ballieston Bridge, Glasgow Project - M8 / A8 Motorway Closures completed on time to the delight of all parties involved.
